Safetex eslabón giratorio con rodamiento Blackline WLL 3.200 kg | rodamiento y cojinete de deslizamiento | apto para

In heavy lifting and rigging, a swivel that binds or fails under load can halt operations and create serious safety hazards. The SAFETEX Blackline Lifting Swivel RLW-10-8 eliminates that risk with a robust combined roller and plain bearing system, engineered for smooth 360° rotation under a working load limit of 3200 kg. This heavy-duty component is built from high-strength alloy steel and finished with a black powder coating for corrosion resistance, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.

Who is it for

This lifting swivel is intended for professional riggers, crane operators, construction crews, and material handling teams who require reliable load positioning and rotation. It is suitable for use with various lifting slings, hooks, and shackles, and it meets relevant lifting equipment standards such as EN 1677, ensuring compliance in certified operations.

Main features

• Working Load Limit (WLL): 3200 kg for static and dynamic loads
• Bearing system: combined roller and plain bearing for smooth, low-friction rotation
• 360° continuous rotation to prevent twisting and kinking of slings and chains
• High-strength alloy steel body with black powder-coated finish for durability and corrosion resistance
• Compact and robust design, sealed bearing system requiring low maintenance
• Compatible with standard lifting accessories (slings, hooks, shackles)
