Whether you maintain Japanese chef knives or European blades, this stone delivers consistent results.

Ideal use cases

• Sharpening dull kitchen knives to a fine edge
• Honing and polishing already sharp blades for a mirror finish
• Maintaining fine edge tools such as chisels and plane irons
• Wet sharpening in home kitchens, culinary schools, or small workshops

Good to know

Soak the stone in water for 5-10 minutes before first use, and keep it wet during sharpening. The silicone base doubles as a storage cradle when the stone is dry. Rinse thoroughly after each session to prevent clogging and extend the stone's life.
