Key specifications

• Diameter: 10 cm
• Weight: approximately 700 g
• Color: blue enamel
• Suitable heat sources: oven and stovetop

How to use

Preheat the pan gradually on the stovetop or in the oven to achieve even heat. For searing or finishing, heat the pan until hot then add oil or butter and the food; monitor cooking closely because of the small surface area. When using in the oven, place the pan on a rack or baking tray to move it safely. After cooking, allow the pan to cool before cleaning to avoid thermal shock to the enamel. Clean the enameled surface with warm water and mild detergent; avoid metal scouring pads that can damage the finish.

Recommendations

Use low to medium-high heat for most tasks and preheat gradually to protect the enamel. For best results when serving, warm the pan briefly before plating to help keep portions hot. Avoid sudden temperature changes and use silicone or wooden utensils to preserve the enamel surface.
