How to use

Place the pan on the chosen hob and heat until the Thermo-spot indicator turns green to signal the optimal cooking temperature. Add a small amount of oil if desired and cook ingredients according to your recipe, stirring or tossing for even cooking in stir-fries and sautés. Use utensils suitable for ceramic-coated surfaces to avoid scratching.
