Set de bloque de cuchillos/cubiertos ZWILLING 35148-507-0 — set de 7 piezas con cuchillo de chef, cuchillo de pan, cuchillo de pelar, tijeras de cocina, bloque gris

The ZWILLING 35148-507-0 knife set combines six essential kitchen tools with a self-sharpening SharpBlock featuring KIS technology. The set includes a paring knife (10 cm), a utility knife (13 cm), a carving knife (20 cm), a chef's knife (20 cm), a bread knife (20 cm) and stainless steel multi-purpose shears (21 cm). Knives are SIGMAFORGE® forged from FRIODUR® ice-hardened steel and fitted with ergonomic synthetic handles for balanced, comfortable cutting.

Advantages

The integrated SharpBlock with KIS technology contains ceramic sharpening stones in each slot for smooth-edged knives so that blades are automatically aligned and maintained each time a knife is removed or replaced. This reduces the need for manual sharpening and keeps edges consistently sharp. SIGMAFORGE® one-piece forging and FRIODUR® ice-hardening increase edge durability and corrosion resistance, while ergonomic handles provide fatigue-reducing grip. The unit has a stainless steel cover and a grey ash finish for durable, low-maintenance appearance.

Suitable for

• Daily food preparation at home

How to use

Remove the required knife from the SharpBlock and perform cutting tasks as usual; each insertion and removal passes the blade along the ceramic sharpening stones at the designed angle, maintaining the edge. After use, clean knives by hand with warm water and mild detergent and dry immediately; although the knives are dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve edge life and handle finish. Store knives in the SharpBlock when not in use to keep edges aligned and protected.

Recommendations

To prolong blade life, avoid cutting on very hard surfaces (glass, stone) and do not use knives to cut frozen food or to pry. Regularly inspect the SharpBlock slots for debris and wipe the ceramic stones gently if necessary to ensure consistent sharpening action.
