Set de destornilladores c.k tools T4883 XESD — 7 piezas ESD planos y de estrella

The c.k tools Screwdriver Set T4883 XESD — 7 pieces ESD Slotted and Phillips is a compact kit of ESD-safe precision screwdrivers designed for work on electronic assemblies and electrostatic-sensitive components. The set includes a range of slotted and Phillips tips sized for common electronics tasks and is intended for controlled assembly, repair and maintenance where electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is required. Handles are shaped for accurate torque control and insulated to reduce the risk of static transfer during handling of printed circuit boards, connectors and delicate components.

Advantages

This seven-piece set combines both slotted and Phillips tip types to cover typical fasteners found in consumer electronics, instrumentation and small appliances. Each tool is manufactured to be ESD-safe and features an ergonomic handle profile for improved grip and precise turning. The compact selection reduces the need to switch tools frequently and fits into a toolbox or workstation tray for easy access. Materials and construction focus on durability and tip geometry stability to preserve fit and minimize cam-out on small screws.

How to use

Select the screwdriver tip that matches the screw head size and type to ensure proper engagement and reduce the risk of damaging the fastener. Hold the handle with a firm but controlled grip and apply steady torque; avoid excessive force which can strip small screw heads. When working on electrostatic-sensitive assemblies, use appropriate grounding measures such as a wrist strap or anti-static mat in addition to using these ESD-safe tools. Store the set in a dry, clean area to prevent corrosion and maintain tip accuracy.

Recommendations

Use these ESD-rated screwdrivers in combination with established ESD-control practices: connect yourself to ground, work on a grounded surface, and keep the work area free from static-generating materials. Inspect tips regularly for wear and replace tools when tip fit is compromised to avoid damage to small screw heads and components.
