Ensure the disc bore (22.23 mm) matches the grinder flange and tighten the disc securely. Use segmented diamond for rough stone and masonry cuts, turbo diamond for faster cuts on roofing and reinforced materials, and continuous rim for smooth cuts in tile and porcelain. Observe the maximum speed rating of 12,250 rpm and select dry or wet cutting according to the disc type and material.

Recommendations

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves, hearing protection and dust mask). Confirm compatibility with your angle grinder and follow safe operating procedures. For wet cutting, use proper water feed to reduce dust and prolong disc life; for dry cutting, allow periodic cooling breaks to avoid overheating.
