How to use

Before first use, wash the pans in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Grease lightly if desired despite the non-stick coating for extra protection. Preheat the oven to the required temperature (maximum 220°C / Gas Mark 7) and place the filled tin on a middle shelf for even baking. Allow cakes to cool for a few minutes after baking, then invert or loosen edges before removing the cake from the tin to preserve shape and surface.

Recommendations

Do not use metal utensils on the non-stick surface and avoid cutting inside the tin. Hand wash with a soft sponge; do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not exceed the stated oven temperature and avoid thermal shock by not placing hot pans directly in cold water.
