Why choose it

This coupler is a simple yet robust solution for extending USB-C connectivity without sacrificing performance. Its 10 Gbps capability ensures that even demanding data transfers remain fast, while the passthrough support for Power Delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode means you can connect to docks and monitors through the same keystone. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain reliable connections over time. The snap-in design fits standard keystone wall plates, surface-mount boxes, and patch panels, giving you flexibility in any structured cabling project. Plus, it is fully backward compatible, so older USB devices will still work seamlessly.

Ideal use cases

• Office workstations: extend a USB-C port from a desk grommet to a monitor or docking station.
• Conference rooms: provide a flush USB-C connection point in a tabletop or wall plate for easy laptop hookup.
• Data centres: patch USB-C connections through rack-mounted panels for equipment management.
• Home theatre: route USB-C for high-resolution video and data between devices behind walls.
• Educational facilities: create durable, accessible USB-C ports in lecterns and lab benches.

Good to know

The module is designed for tool-free installation: simply snap it into a standard keystone opening. For best performance, use high-quality USB-C cables that support USB 3.1 Gen 2. The coupler does not include cables or a faceplate; those are sold separately. It is ideal for both new installations and retrofitting existing keystone systems.
