Cable HDMI S/CONN 30-05065 7,5 m

The ShiverPeaks HDMI Cable S/CONN 30-05065 7.5m is a 7.5 meter HDMI lead with male HDMI Type A connectors on both ends designed for transmitting high-definition video and multichannel audio between sources and displays. It supports 3D signals and Audio Return Channel (ARC), and gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and resistance to corrosion. The cable’s black jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for home entertainment systems, conference rooms, or installation behind wall-mounted displays.

Advantages

This HDMI cable provides a long 7.5 m reach that enables flexible device placement without the need for signal extenders. Gold-plated contacts help maintain a stable connection and reduce signal degradation at the connector interface. Support for 3D and ARC allows passthrough of compatible video formats and simplifies audio routing between TV and compatible audio systems. The cable’s standard HDMI Type A connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of TVs, projectors, monitors, receivers and gaming consoles.

Suitable for

• Connecting a Blu-ray player, set-top box or media player to a TV or projector
• Linking a gaming console to a display with extended cable length
• Connecting a TV to an AV receiver or soundbar using ARC-capable equipment
• Home theatre setups and presentation systems where a 7.5 m cable run is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Connector type: HDMI Type A male on both ends
• Features: 3D support, Audio Return Channel (ARC)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: black jacket

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI output of the source device (for example a Blu-ray player, console or set-top box) and the other HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI input of the display device (TV, projector or monitor). If using ARC, connect to the HDMI ARC-labelled port on the TV and the corresponding ARC-enabled input on the audio device, then enable ARC in device settings if required. Ensure connectors are fully seated and routed to avoid sharp bends that could stress the cable.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the HDMI cable parallel to mains power cables to reduce potential interference. Use firm but careful insertion and removal of the connectors to protect the gold-plated contacts. If extending beyond 7.5 m in installations with high-resolution formats, consider active or certified high-speed HDMI solutions to preserve signal quality.
