Cable HDMI S/CONN HDMI - HDMI 2 m

The S/CONN HDMI - HDMI 2m cable from Divers is a 2 metre HDMI interconnect with HDMI Type A connectors on both ends designed for transmission of high-definition video and audio between compatible devices. It supports a data transfer rate up to 8.16 Gbit/s and features gold-plated contacts to reduce signal loss and corrosion. The cable comes in black and is intended for reliable connections between sources and displays such as TVs, monitors and projectors.

Advantages

This HDMI cable provides a stable wired connection with a rated transfer speed of 8.16 Gbit/s and gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and long-term contact reliability. Its standard HDMI Type A connectors ensure broad compatibility with consumer AV equipment. The 2 m length balances reach and neat installation options while the black outer jacket offers a low-profile look for home or office setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting set-top boxes, Blu-ray or media players to TVs
• Linking computers or laptops to external monitors or projectors
• Connecting gaming consoles to displays
• Home theatre systems and AV receiver connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector type: HDMI Type A (standard) on both ends
• Data transfer rate: up to 8.16 Gbit/s
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Colour: black

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI output on your source device and the other plug to the HDMI input of the display device. Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the appropriate input/output settings. For optimal signal quality, avoid tight bends and sharp kinks in the cable and keep it away from high interference sources. If the display does not detect the signal immediately, cycle the input selection on the display or power-cycle the connected devices.

Recommendations

Use this cable for standard high-definition video and audio transmission where a 2 m reach is sufficient. For longer runs or advanced features such as higher bandwidth requirements, HDR metadata or very high refresh rates, check device specifications and consider a cable rated for higher transfer speeds if needed.
