Sistema mesh Cudy M1200 pack de 2 – Wi-Fi 5 de doble banda (300/867 Mbit/s), 2 unidades, 1 puerto LAN, compatible con 100 dispositivos

The Cudy M1200 2-pack is an AC1200 whole-home mesh Wi‑Fi system designed to eliminate dead zones and provide consistent dual‑band coverage across larger spaces. The kit includes two white units with internal antennas and supports Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac) on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. It also features a built‑in VPN client (PPTP/L2TP/OpenVPN/WireGuard) and options to enable encryption and DNS over TLS for secure connections. With 128 MB RAM and 16 MB flash memory, the system offers stable performance and straightforward setup to extend your existing network without replacing current equipment.

Advantages

The Cudy M1200 provides seamless roaming between nodes to reduce buffering and maintain stable connections for streaming, gaming and browsing. Dual‑band support balances device loads across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies. The integrated VPN client and support for encrypted DNS enhance privacy for all devices on the network. A two‑unit pack delivers broader coverage while remaining compatible with existing routers and access points.

How to use

Place the two units in different areas of your home to form a mesh network with overlapping coverage—typically one near your modem and the other in a distant room where signal is weak. Connect the primary unit to your modem via Ethernet, power both units, and follow the setup assistant in the Cudy app or web interface to create the mesh network. Configure SSID and password, and enable the VPN client and DNS over TLS if you want to route all traffic through a VPN and secure DNS queries. After setup, client devices will automatically roam between units for continuous connectivity.

Recommendations

For best performance, place units elevated and free of large obstacles, keep firmware updated, and use the 5 GHz band for latency‑sensitive applications like gaming and video calls while assigning longer‑range devices to 2.4 GHz.
