Smartphone Motorola G77 5G — 12GB RAM, 256GB, 6,78 inch 120Hz pOLED, Dimensity 6400, 108+8MP, NFC, IP64

The Motorola G77 5G combines a large 6.78" pOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage to support demanding apps, smooth scrolling and large media libraries. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset and running Android 16, the device provides 5G connectivity, dual rear cameras with a 108 MP main sensor plus an 8 MP auxiliary camera, NFC for contactless payments and Bluetooth 5.4. The phone is engineered to IP64 splash and dust resistance and meets MIL-STD-810 durability criteria for everyday mobile use.

Advantages

The Motorola G77 5G offers a high-refresh-rate 6.78" pOLED screen that improves motion clarity for gaming and video. Ample 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage allow multiple apps to run smoothly and provide space for photos and media. The 108 MP main camera delivers high-resolution stills while the 8 MP secondary camera expands framing options. NFC and Bluetooth 5.4 support modern connectivity and accessories. IP64 rating and MIL-STD-810 compliance increase resilience to splashes, dust and light impacts, making the handset practical for daily use.

Suitable for

• Multimedia consumption: streaming video and mobile gaming on a 120 Hz pOLED screen
• Mobile photography with high-resolution main sensor and additional wide/macro options
• Power users who run many apps simultaneously or store large media libraries
• Everyday connectivity needs including 5G, NFC payments and Bluetooth accessories

When it may not be suitable

The device is not a ruggedized phone meant for heavy industrial use; its IP64 rating protects against splashes and dust but is not fully water-resistant for submersion. Users who require certified waterproofing or extreme drop protection should consider purpose-built rugged models. Additionally, those who need optical zoom beyond standard wide and macro options may find the camera setup limited.

Recommendations

For best display performance, enable the 120 Hz refresh rate in display settings when gaming or scrolling. Use NFC for secure contactless payments and keep regular backups of photos and settings to cloud storage. Protect the device from prolonged exposure to water and abrasive environments despite its IP64 protection.
