How to use

Charge the watch before first use and pair it with a smartphone via the companion app and Bluetooth. Select or create a watch face within the app or on the device. Use the touchscreen to navigate menus, view notifications for calls and messages, control music playback, and operate the smartphone camera remotely. Activate sport modes to start activity tracking; heart rate, steps and calories are recorded automatically during use. Transfer music or files by connecting the watch to a PC with the USB cable and copying files to the watch storage.

Recommendations

Use the watch within its IP67 rating (splash and dust protection) — avoid prolonged immersion. Charge regularly to maintain up to five days of typical usage; heavy use of Bluetooth, speaker or continuous heart rate tracking will reduce battery life. For best performance, keep the companion app updated and pair the watch with a compatible smartphone.
