Recommendations

For best battery life, reduce screen brightness and limit continuous Bluetooth usage when not needed. Clean the metal case and silicone strap regularly and avoid exposing the watch to pressurised water despite its IP68 rating. Consult the app settings to configure languages, notifications and health reminders to match your daily routine.
