The InLine Desktop KVM Switch 2-port HDMI USB 3.0 Hub lets you control two computers with a single keyboard, mouse and HDMI monitor. The device supports HDMI video up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz and integrates two USB 3.0 device ports for high-speed data transfer. It includes a Smart Touch button for quick switching and True Transparent USB (TTU) emulation for compatibility with advanced keyboards and mice. The compact black housing (139 x 91 x 45 mm) and included cables simplify installation and save desk space.

Advantages

The KVM switch reduces desktop clutter by enabling one set of peripherals to manage two computers and provides faster data transfer through USB 3.0 ports compared with USB 2.0. The Smart Touch switching offers quick, tactile selection between systems while TTU emulation ensures broad compatibility with multifunction keyboards and gaming or programmable mice. HDMI output delivers full HD display at 60 Hz for clear visuals.

Recommendations

For stable video and reliable switching, use high-quality HDMI cables and ensure connected computers are configured to output 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz. When using programmable keyboards or mice, allow the host systems to fully load device drivers after first connection to ensure TTU emulation functions correctly.
