How to use

Turn off the printer and open the front cover according to the printer user manual. Remove the spent drum or toner assembly following the manufacturer’s instructions and carefully unpack the new DR-2005 drum. Insert the drum into the designated slot until it clicks into place, then close the cover and power the printer on. Run a test page or printer alignment if recommended by the device handbook.

Recommendations

Store the drum in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Handle the drum by its ends to avoid contact with the photoconductor surface, and install it before the toner is depleted to maintain print quality. Dispose of used drums according to local regulations or Brother's recycling programs.
