Kodak EKMSD256GUHS2V2K is a 256 GB SDXC memory card with a UHS-II interface designed for high-performance photo and video workflows. It combines a Class 10 rating with Video Speed Class V90 and U3 support to enable reliable continuous shooting and high-resolution video recording, while offering fast file transfers with up to 300 MB/s read and 270 MB/s write speeds.

Advantages

The card provides high sustained write performance suitable for professional video capture and rapid burst photography. Large 256 GB capacity lets you store extended photo sessions or lengthy 4K/8K videos without frequent card changes. UHS-II interface and elevated read speed accelerate offloads to compatible card readers, shortening transfer times.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This SDXC UHS-II V90 card may be more performance and capacity than necessary for casual snapshot use or devices that only support UHS-I speeds; in such cases a lower-speed, lower-capacity card can be more economical. Also, to achieve the maximum read/write rates you need devices and card readers that support the UHS-II interface.

How to use

Insert the card into a compatible SDXC slot on your camera or recorder. Format the card in the device before initial use to ensure optimal file system settings. When recording high-resolution video or shooting continuous bursts, monitor remaining capacity and recording limits on your device. For faster transfers, use a UHS-II compatible card reader and connect it to your computer; copy files using your preferred file management software.
