The memory function recalls your last brightness setting, so you don't have to readjust every time. The soft ON/OFF feature extends lamp life by reducing inrush current, and the low standby loss keeps energy consumption minimal. With robust protection against overload, short circuits, and overheating, it is built to last in demanding environments.

• Residential lighting control in living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways
• Commercial spaces such as hotel rooms, restaurants, and offices
• Retrofit projects where existing switches are replaced with dimmers
• Applications requiring precise mood lighting with LED or halogen lamps

Good to know

The THE DIMAX 540 plus B is a flush-mounted device, meaning it fits into a standard wall box behind a pushbutton cover. It is compatible with a wide range of dimmable LED lamps, but for best results, use lamps that are explicitly marked as dimmable. The minimum brightness can be adjusted to prevent flickering or drop-out at low levels. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations.
