Toma HDMI Kindermann 7457 000 582 antracita plástico

The Kindermann 7457 000 582 HDMI Socket Outlet in anthracite plastic provides a recessed wall connection for HDMI devices. Designed for reliable video and audio transmission, the outlet fits into installations with a minimum mounting depth of 2.5 cm and is supplied as a single unit. Its anthracite finish offers a neutral, modern appearance suitable for residential and commercial interiors where a low-profile HDMI wall plate is required.

Advantages

The outlet is constructed from durable plastic that resists wear and maintains consistent contact quality for HDMI cables. Its compact design requires only a shallow mounting depth, which simplifies retrofit and new-build installations in hollow walls or shallow back boxes. The anthracite colour reduces visible contrast with darker décor, and the single-pack format allows for targeted placement where individual HDMI connections are needed.

How to use

Install the HDMI socket outlet into an appropriate wall box or recess that meets the minimum depth requirement. Ensure power is isolated for nearby electrical circuits before cutting or modifying wall surfaces. Secure the housing to the back box according to standard mounting practice and connect the in-wall HDMI cable or patch lead to the rear of the outlet, following the cable manufacturer’s guidelines for termination and shielding. Once mounted, connect an HDMI cable between the outlet and the display or source device to transmit audio and video signals.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, use high-quality HDMI cables with appropriate shielding and keep cable runs as short as practical. Verify compatibility of connected devices with the HDMI version in use, and avoid routing HDMI cables parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce interference.
