Replacement Paper Pull In Roller Assembly Brother LEK558001 is a direct-fit maintenance part designed for compatible Brother printers and copiers. This assembly restores reliable paper pickup by feeding sheets smoothly into the paper path, reducing misfeeds and paper jams. Intended for service, repair, or preventive maintenance, the roller assembly helps maintain consistent device uptime and print workflow.

Advantages

The roller assembly offers consistent paper feeding performance and is designed for straightforward installation in compatible Brother models. Made to match original fit and function, it helps reduce paper misfeeds and the need for repeated user intervention during print jobs. Using a replacement roller can restore pickup reliability without requiring broader mechanical repairs, minimizing service time and operational disruption.

Suitable for

• Service and maintenance of office Brother printers and copiers
• Repair tasks to resolve paper feed issues and frequent jams
• Preventive maintenance schedules to maintain consistent print performance
• IT support and field technician repair kits

Key specifications

• Function: Paper pick-up / pull-in roller assembly for paper feed
• Compatibility: Designed as a direct-fit maintenance part for compatible Brother printers and copiers
• Material characteristics: Durable roller surface engineered for frictional contact with paper
• Role in device: Feeds sheets from paper tray into printer paper path to reduce misfeeds and jams
• Application environment: Office and professional print environments where reliable paper handling is required

How to use

Power off the device and follow your Brother printer or copier service manual to access the paper feed assembly area. Remove the worn roller assembly according to the device-specific instructions and install the replacement assembly in the correct orientation until it seats securely. After installation, cycle power and perform a paper feed test using the same paper type typically used in the device to verify consistent pickup and alignment. If the device manual specifies calibration or feed adjustments after part replacement, follow those steps to optimize performance.

Recommendations

For reliable results, use the replacement roller with recommended paper types and maintain a regular inspection interval in line with your device’s service guidelines. Handle the roller by its ends to avoid contaminating the friction surface; clean hands and a lint-free cloth can prevent transfer of oils that reduce pickup performance. Replace the roller when wear or glazing is visible or when feed problems persist after cleaning and adjustment.
