Vivolink PROUSBCAMM3 Cable USB USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) 3 m USB-C USB-A Negro

The Vivolink PROUSBCAMM3 is a 3 m USB cable with USB-C to USB-A connectors designed for cameras, video bars and conference equipment. It implements USB 3.2 Gen 1 (also referred to as USB 3.1 Gen 1) technology and supports data transfer rates up to 5 Gbit/s, while remaining backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices. The cable is supplied in black and intended to provide reliable connectivity between conference devices and hubs or PCs.

Advantages

The cable combines USB-C and USB-A connectivity in a single 3 m lead, enabling direct connection of conferencing cameras and video bars to USB-A ports on hubs or computers. It supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 speeds for high-bandwidth video and data transmission and falls back to USB 2.0 when required. The design is compatible with Logitech and other common conference devices and offers a long reach for flexible equipment placement.

Suitable for

• Connecting conference cameras to PCs or USB hubs
• Linking video bars and room systems to USB-A ports
• Use in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB C
• Connector 2: USB A
• USB version: USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1), backward compatible with USB 2.0
• Cable length: 3 m
• Data transfer rate: up to 5 Gbit/s
• Colour: Black
• Weight: 0.05 kg

How to use

Connect the USB-C end of the Vivolink cable to the USB-C port on your camera, video bar or conference device, then plug the USB-A end into a computer or USB hub. The cable will negotiate the highest mutually supported USB version (USB 3.2 Gen 1 for up to 5 Gbit/s or USB 2.0 where applicable). No special drivers are normally required; ensure the host device supports the connected accessory.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable with devices that support USB 3.2 Gen 1 to achieve full 5 Gbit/s throughput. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the 3 m length, and connect directly to a powered USB hub or PC port when possible to ensure stable operation of cameras and video peripherals.
