Vivolink PROUSBCAMM5 Cable USB USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) 5 m USB C USB A Negro

The Vivolink PROUSBCAMM5 is a 5 m USB cable with a USB-C connector on one end and a USB-A connector on the other, supporting USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbit/s). It is designed for connecting conference equipment, cameras, video bars and other meeting-room devices to hubs or PCs. The cable is black and compatible with a range of devices, including Logitech products.

Advantages

This USB-C to USB-A cable provides high-speed data transfer up to 5 Gbit/s while remaining backward compatible with USB 2.0. The 5 m length offers extended reach for flexible placement of cameras and video bars in meeting rooms. The cable’s converter supports both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 modes, ensuring interoperability with older hosts and peripherals.

Suitable for

• Connecting conference cameras to PCs
• Linking video bars to USB-A hubs or workstations
• Extending cable run for meeting-room AV setups
• Use with Logitech conferencing equipment and similar devices

• Connector 2: USB A
• USB version: USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1), up to 5 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 5 m

How to use

Connect the USB-C end to the conference camera, video bar or other meeting-room device and insert the USB-A end into a hub or PC USB port. The cable will negotiate the highest mutually supported USB mode (USB 3.2 Gen 1 or fall back to USB 2.0) automatically. Ensure connectors are fully seated for stable data transfer, and route the cable to avoid sharp bends or pinch points.

Recommendations

For reliable performance in professional meeting-room installations, use the 5 m length to position cameras or video bars optimally and avoid running the cable alongside high-power electrical cables. If you experience reduced speeds, check host and peripheral USB version compatibility and try alternate ports or hubs.
