How to use

Install the recommended batteries or charge the internal battery according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Turn both radios on and set the same PMR channel and privacy code if available. Use the push-to-talk button to transmit voice messages and release it to receive. Keep transmissions short and clear to conserve battery and maintain channel availability. Store the radios in a dry place and avoid exposing them to prolonged water contact unless specified as water-resistant.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, select higher ground and maintain line-of-sight between units when possible. Test channel selection and battery condition before starting activities, and carry spare batteries or a portable charger for extended use. Respect local regulations regarding PMR channel usage and avoid interference with other radio services.
