Cable de parcheo Goobay RJ45 CAT 6A S/FTP 1,5 m

The Goobay Patch Cord RJ45 CAT 6A S/FTP 1.5m is a halogen-free, LSZH-sheathed network cable designed for high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gbit/s. The cable combines high-quality copper conductors with S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ45 plugs to provide stable signal transfer, low interference and long-term contact reliability. It supports current standards including backward compatibility with CAT7 and is suitable for demanding applications such as high-resolution video and fast Ethernet networks.

Advantages

This white CAT 6A patch cord features S/FTP shielding for enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference, gold-plated RJ45 connectors for improved contact and corrosion resistance, and LSZH halogen-free sheathing for increased safety in confined spaces. At 1.5 m length the cable provides a practical balance between flexibility and tidy installation, while copper inner conductors ensure reliable 10 Gbit/s performance.

Suitable for

• 10 Gbit/s Ethernet connections
• High-resolution video transmission (e.g. 8K @ 60 Hz, 4K @ 120 Hz)
• Home and small office network cabling
• Shielded installations requiring reduced EMI

Key specifications

• Standard: CAT 6A (backward compatible with CAT7)
• Data rate: up to 10 Gbit/s
• Length: 1.5 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually foiled pairs with braided drain)
• Connector: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cable sheath: LSZH (halogen-free), colour: white
• Conductor material: copper

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the network port of your router, switch or network device and the other into your computer, gaming console or other Ethernet-enabled device. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling on the cable; route it along walls or through cable management channels to maintain signal integrity. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as large transformers or unshielded power cables.

Recommendations

Use this CAT 6A S/FTP patch cord for short to medium runs within racks, between network devices or for workstation connections where stable 10 Gbit/s performance and reduced EMI are required. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and undamaged before use.
