Alargador de corriente Brennenstuhl 1080980

The Brennenstuhl 1080980 power extension is a compact indoor power strip designed to provide two AC outlets for everyday electrical devices. Rated for 230 V and up to 16 A, it combines a small footprint with basic environmental protection, making it suitable for use in rooms, workshops, and utility areas where a pair of safe sockets is required. The IP44 ingress protection provides defense against splashing water and solid objects larger than 1 mm, while the compact housing dimensions allow easy placement in confined spaces.

Advantages

This power extension offers two grounded AC sockets for simultaneous connection of multiple appliances. The IP44 protection class increases safety in environments where occasional splashes or dust are present. With a nominal voltage of 230 V and a maximum current rating of 16 A, it supports typical household and small workshop loads. The compact measurements (59 mm × 95 mm × 131 mm) enable installation in narrow gaps or close to walls without occupying much space.

Suitable for

• Connecting household electronics such as lamps, chargers and small appliances
• Use in home workshops for power tools with moderate current draw
• Temporary power distribution near workbenches and entertainment setups
• Indoor areas where splash protection and dust resistance are beneficial

Key specifications

• Number of AC outlets: 2
• Rated voltage: 230 V
• Maximum current: 16 A
• Ingress protection: IP44 (splash and solid object protection)
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 59 mm × 95 mm × 131 mm
• Intended use: Indoor

How to use

Place the power extension on a stable surface or mount it where the compact dimensions allow. Connect the unit to a compatible 230 V AC supply and plug devices into the two available grounded sockets. Ensure the total current draw of connected devices does not exceed 16 A. Avoid permanent outdoor exposure; the device is designed primarily for indoor environments where occasional splashes may occur but full water immersion is not expected.

Recommendations

Verify the combined power consumption of connected equipment before use, do not exceed the 16 A maximum, and keep the extension away from heat sources and direct water jets. Use the product in ventilated, dry indoor locations and inspect periodically for damage to the housing or sockets to maintain safe operation.
