Almohadilla de lijado KWB 542836 20 uds.

KWB 542836 sanding pad set contains 20 delta-shaped sanding discs with a 96 mm diameter, designed for detail and delta sanders. The discs feature aluminium oxide abrasive coating and phenolic resin bonding on a strong backing with hook-and-loop fabric for quick attachment. They are punched for dust extraction and intended for sanding wood, metal, paint, varnish, filler and similar surfaces.

Advantages

The aluminium oxide abrasive provides durable cutting performance on both wood and metal while phenolic resin bonding improves grit retention and lifetime. The strong backing and hook-and-loop fabric backing ensure secure mounting and fast replacement. Pre-punched discs support compatibility with extraction-equipped sanders for cleaner work.

How to use

Attach a disc to the delta/detail sander's hook-and-loop pad, ensuring alignment with any dust-extraction holes. Start sanding with light pressure and move the sander evenly over the surface. Replace discs when abrasive grit is worn or clogging reduces efficiency. For best results, select a disc grit appropriate to the task (coarse for material removal, finer for finishing).

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye and respiratory protection when sanding. Match the disc grit to the material and finish required, and use dust extraction where possible to prolong disc life and reduce airborne dust.
