How to use

Unpack the cabinet components and follow the included assembly instructions or online video guide to assemble the frame, doors and panels. Securely fasten the internal 19" mounting rails at the required U positions, attach castors or leveling feet as applicable, and connect the provided grounding cable to the building earth. Mount equipment using appropriate rack screws and cage nuts, observe the rated load distribution, and ensure adequate front-to-rear airflow by leaving space for ventilation and, if needed, installing fans or blanking panels.

Recommendations

Place the cabinet on a level surface and avoid locating it in areas exposed to water or excessive dust to maintain IP20 compliance. When loading equipment, distribute weight evenly and keep heavier devices lower in the rack to preserve stability. Use cable management accessories and airflow management (blanking panels, fans) to maintain optimal operating temperatures. Regularly verify grounding connections and keep the front lock secured to limit unauthorized access.
