Unpack the flat pack components and follow the assembly instructions to erect the frame, mount the front and rear perforated doors, and install the side panels. Fit the 19‑inch vertical rails to the required U positions and secure equipment using standard rack screws. Route power and data cabling through the rear and side access points, and attach cable organizers as needed to maintain clear airflow paths. Configure the integrated LCD according to the manufacturer’s instructions to display available status or monitoring information.

Recommendations

Position the cabinet on a level, load‑bearing floor and allow at least 10–20 cm of clearance at the rear and top for ventilation and cable access. For high‑density or heat‑generating equipment, consider complementary forced‑air cooling or active rack cooling solutions. Secure the cabinet to the floor if seismic or stability concerns exist and follow grounding best practices for safe operation.
