Brida desmontable DeLOCK 18893

The DeLOCK 18893 releasable cable tie is a black nylon tie designed for tidy, space-saving bundling of individual cables, wires and tubes. It measures 140 mm in length and 4 mm in width and is supplied in packs of 10. An integrated expansion anchor allows the tie to be mounted in pre-drilled holes — for example inside a PC case or on a mounting plate — while the releasable mechanism enables repeated adjustment and reuse.

Advantages

Made from durable nylon, these cable ties offer good resistance to high temperatures and provide reliable tensile strength for securing cable bundles. The integrated expansion anchor enables fixed mounting in drilled holes, and the releasable design allows quick adjustments and reuse without cutting the tie.

Suitable for

• Bundling and organizing power, data and peripheral cables
• Securing cables and tubes inside PC cases or electronic enclosures
• Mounting cable runs to plates or panels using pre-drilled holes
• Temporary installations where ties may need to be released and reused

How to use

Push the expansion anchor through a suitable pre-drilled hole in the plate or chassis until the anchor passes to the backside and spreads to lock in place. Guide the cable tie strap around the bundle and insert the strap into the head, then tighten to the required tension. To release, use the releasable mechanism in the head to open the strap and adjust or remove the tie as needed.

Recommendations

For secure mounting, use a correctly sized pre-drilled hole that matches the anchor diameter and avoid exposing the ties to prolonged UV radiation or chemicals not compatible with nylon. Inspect ties periodically for wear if used in high-temperature or vibration-prone environments.
