Cable BNC ShiverPeaks 77625 — cable de conexión de audio/vídeo RG

BNC Cable ShiverPeaks 77625 — RG audio/video connector cable is a coaxial cable with BNC-to-BNC terminations engineered for stable transmission of composite video, analog signals and SDI where compatible. With RG construction and characteristic impedance matching, this cable is intended for use in AV systems, CCTV installations, broadcast environments and studio setups that require a reliable 75 ohm connection over a 25.0 m length.

Advantages

The cable offers consistent impedance and shielding appropriate for maintaining signal integrity over moderate distances, reducing interference and preserving video quality. BNC screw-on or push-lock style connectors provide secure mating with monitors, cameras, switchers and recorders. The 25.0 m length enables flexible placement of equipment without additional splices, while the RG-series coaxial design balances flexibility and mechanical protection for typical AV routing.

Suitable for

• CCTV camera runs and security monitoring systems
• Studio patching, monitors and video routing
• Broadcast or SDI-compatible signal links where 75 Ω cabling is used
• Temporary or permanent AV installations requiring BNC connectivity

Key specifications

• Connector type: BNC to BNC
• Cable type: RG-series coaxial
• Impedance: 75 ohm
• Length: 25.0 m
• Intended signals: composite video, SDI or legacy analog video

How to use

Connect one BNC termination to the video output of the source device and the other BNC termination to the input of the receiving device, ensuring the connectors are fully seated with a secure twist or push-lock engagement depending on connector style. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference; secure it with cable ties or clips at regular intervals to prevent strain on connectors. Test the signal after installation and, if necessary, use appropriate termination or impedance matching at the equipment ends for long runs.

Recommendations

For best results, use this 75 Ω BNC cable for runs within the 25 m length without multiple couplers. Maintain gentle bend radius consistent with RG coaxial construction and avoid routing alongside high-voltage power lines to minimize noise. Inspect connector contacts periodically and replace cables that show visible damage or corrosion to maintain reliable video quality.
