Cable coaxial Axing BAK 500-80 5 m IEC blanco

The Axing BAK 500-80 5 m IEC White is a 5-meter coaxial cable with IEC male connectors on both ends designed for connection of audio-visual equipment. It provides a shielded transmission path that supports terrestrial TV, satellite IF connections and common consumer RF signals. The cable’s white outer jacket and flexible construction allow discrete routing along walls, behind furniture or through AV cabinets while maintaining signal integrity over the 5 m length.

Advantages

The construction features impedance-matched coaxial geometry to reduce reflections and maintain consistent signal level across the run. A flexible dielectric and a durable outer jacket improve handling and installation in tight spaces. The IEC terminations provide a standardized, tool-free connection to TVs, set-top boxes and radio devices, ensuring a stable mechanical and electrical contact without additional adapters.

How to use

Route the coaxial cable from the source device to the receiving device, avoiding sharp bends and kinks to preserve signal quality. Push-fit each IEC connector onto the corresponding socket until it seats firmly; do not apply excessive force. If routing through tight spaces, guide the cable gently and secure it with non-compressive clips or ties. Before finalizing the installation, verify signal reception on the connected device and adjust cable positioning if necessary.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the cable run as direct as practical and avoid running parallel to mains power cables to minimize interference. Inspect connectors for secure seating and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show visible damage. Use weatherproofing measures or dedicated outdoor-rated coaxial cable if the cable will be exposed to moisture or extreme temperatures.
