Cable coaxial ShiverPeaks BS80097-32

The ShiverPeaks BS80097-32 is a 7.5 m coaxial cable designed for RG-59 installations with F-type connectors on both ends. It provides a stable connection for audio and video equipment and is intended for use where a moderate-length cable is required. The cable’s white jacket offers a discreet appearance suitable for home and office environments while maintaining the electrical characteristics typical of RG-59 coaxial cables.

Advantages

This RG-59 coaxial cable features F-type connectors at both ends to ensure secure screw-on connections and low insertion loss for typical TV, satellite and video applications. The 7.5 m length allows flexible placement of equipment without the need for intermediate adapters. The white outer jacket is resistant to everyday handling and integrates visually with most interiors.

Suitable for

• Connecting televisions to wall outlets or set-top boxes
• Linking satellite receivers and LNBs over short to moderate distances
• Connecting CCTV cameras to monitors or DVRs where RG-59 is acceptable
• Temporary or permanent audio/video signal runs in homes and small offices

Key specifications

• Cable type: RG-59 coaxial
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connector type: F-type male on both ends
• Outer jacket color: white
• Intended use: audio/video signal transmission

How to use

Connect one F-type connector to the device output (for example, a TV, set-top box or satellite receiver) and the other connector to the signal source such as a wall socket, antenna or LNB. Tighten the screw-on connectors by hand until secure; avoid over-tightening which can damage the connector or the device’s socket. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from heavy electrical cables to reduce interference.

Recommendations

For best performance use the cable for short to moderate runs typical of RG-59; for longer distances or where higher frequency performance is required, consider a cable with lower attenuation such as RG-6. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion and ensure connections are clean and dry. When concealing the cable behind walls, verify local building codes and consider using cable rated for in-wall installation if required.
