Cable de audio WENTRONIC Goobay 65293 — 2 m, 2×conector macho RCA a 2×conector macho RCA, cobre, contactos bañados en oro, apantallamiento magnético, gris

The Goobay 65293 audio cable by WENTRONIC is a 2 m stereo interconnect with 2×RCA male connectors on each end. It uses copper conductors with AWG 28 gauge and gold-plated contacts to ensure reliable analog signal transfer. The cable is magnetically shielded to reduce interference and is finished in a slim grey design suitable for home and studio audio setups such as CD players, amplifiers, TVs, subwoofers and mixing consoles.

Advantages

The copper conductors provide consistent conductivity while gold-plated RCA contacts resist corrosion and maintain stable contact quality over repeated use. Magnetic shielding reduces hum and electromagnetic interference from nearby electronics. The 2 m length provides flexibility for typical home and small studio arrangements, and the grey finish integrates unobtrusively with most audio systems.

Suitable for

• Connecting CD players, Blu-ray players or cassette decks to amplifiers or receivers
• Linking subwoofers or bass modules to AV receivers
• Connecting TVs or set-top boxes to external audio amplifiers
• Patch connections on mixers or audio interfaces in home studios

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector types: 2×RCA male to 2×RCA male
• Conductor material: copper (AWG 28)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Shielding: magnetic shielding to reduce interference
• Colour: grey

How to use

Identify the left and right RCA outputs on the source device and the corresponding inputs on the destination device. Match standard colour coding (red for right, white for left) where present, push each RCA plug fully into the socket to ensure a firm connection, and route the cable to avoid tight bends or sharp kinks. Power off devices before connecting or disconnecting to avoid thumps or potential damage to speakers and amplifiers.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the RCA cable in parallel with mains power cables to reduce potential interference. For permanent or semi-permanent installations, secure the cable with cable ties or adhesive clips and avoid excessive tension on the connectors. If using in a studio, test channels after connection to confirm correct left/right routing and level balance.
