Advantages

This HDMI A male to DVI-D male cable offers a durable construction and a full 3.00 m length for flexible placement of equipment. It is designed for reliable digital video transfer without analog conversion, minimising the risk of signal degradation when connecting computers, monitors or projectors that accept DVI-D input.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers or laptops with HDMI output to DVI-D monitors
• Linking media players or set-top boxes to DVI-D displays
• Connecting projectors that accept DVI-D input

How to use

Connect the HDMI A male end to the HDMI output on the source device and insert the DVI-D male end into the DVI-D input on the display. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the correct DVI-D source. The cable carries digital video only; audio will not be transmitted through DVI-D and requires a separate audio connection if needed.

Recommendations

For stable performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable. Use ferrite filters or shielded routing if running near strong electromagnetic sources. Verify display resolution compatibility between source and monitor to ensure proper video output.
