How to use

Connect the extension cord to a properly installed mains socket, ensuring the plug is fully inserted. Plug the appliance into the extension outlet and switch on the appliance. Avoid overloading the extension by respecting the 16 A rated current and check that the connected device power does not exceed the cord’s rating. For outdoor use, place the connection and devices where they are protected from direct rain and standing water despite the IP44 splash protection.

Recommendations

Use the extension cord only with properly earthed sockets and inspect the cable and plug for damage before each use. Do not use the cord if the insulation, plug or socket shows visible wear. Store the cable coiled without sharp bends and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and chemicals.
