How to use

Connect the M12 4-pin D-coded male plug to the corresponding M12 female port on industrial devices, sensors or actuators ensuring correct D-coding alignment. Insert the RJ45 connector into standard Ethernet ports on switches or controllers. Route the cable following recommended bending radii: maintain a dynamic bending radius greater than 98 mm and a static bending radius greater than 52 mm. For moving installations use appropriate cable carriers or drag chains and avoid sharp edges to preserve the PUR jacket.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, secure strain relief at both ends, avoid excessive tensile stress and ensure connectors are fully mated.
