Cable DeLOCK DL4 solar 6 mm² conector macho a conector hembra 1 m negro

The DeLOCK DL4 Solar Cable is a 1 m long black cable with a 6 mm² conductor cross-section and DL4 male and female connectors. It is intended to transmit power from photovoltaic systems and is suitable for freestanding solar installations. The cable has a diameter of approximately 5 mm and is supplied as a single unit.

Advantages

DL4 connectors provide a snap-in locking mechanism that prevents accidental disconnection and ensures a reliable electrical connection, releasable with the appropriate tool. The cable is rated IP67 for dust and water protection, protecting the connection and conductor from moisture and dirt during outdoor use.

How to use

Connect the DL4 male plug to the corresponding DL4 female socket on the solar panel, inverter, or charge controller. The snap-in function secures the connection; to release the connector, use the recommended tool designed for DL4 connectors. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges and secure it to prevent strain on the connectors. Ensure all connections are made with the system de-energized and in accordance with local electrical codes.

Recommendations

Use this cable for outdoor solar installations where an IP67-rated, snap-in connector is required. Verify compatibility of DL4 connectors with your system components and check that the 6 mm² cross-section meets the current and voltage requirements of your photovoltaic setup.
