Cable Ethernet ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 15 m naranja

The ProXtend CAT6 F/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable (15 m) with RJ-45 connectors is designed for wired network connections up to 1000 Mbit/s. The conductor consists of copper-clad aluminum (CCA) with AWG 26 strands and the cable features foil shielding (F/UTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference. The orange PVC jacket and gold-plated connector contacts complete the physical design for reliable connectivity and clear cable identification.

Advantages

This ProXtend CAT6 cable provides an economical solution for gigabit networks by using CCA conductors while maintaining RJ-45 compatibility and AWG 26 strand construction. Foil shielding (F/UTP) offers protection against EMI, and the connectors include strain relief and latch protection to support secure, durable installations. The 15 m length and vivid orange colour help organize and route cabling in larger setups.

Suitable for

• Home and small office wired networks
• Gigabit Ethernet connections (10/100/1000Base-T(X))
• Cable runs where visible identification is useful (orange jacket)
• Patch panels, switches and routers with RJ-45 ports

Key specifications

• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor type: Copper-clad aluminium (CCA), AWG 26 strands
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil screened, unshielded pairs)
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Outer jacket: Orange PVC
• Weight: 0.42 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router or PC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure the connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid running it parallel and close to high-power electrical cables to minimise interference. For rack or wall installations, use appropriate cable management accessories to secure the cable and protect the strain relief.

Recommendations

For best performance at longer distances, confirm that connected equipment supports gigabit speeds and keep cable runs within recommended limits for Cat6-type cables. Inspect connectors for damage before installation and avoid excessive pulling force on the cable to protect the CCA conductors.
