Cable HDMI Python AOC-HP2015 15m HDMI Type-A conector macho a conector macho 18 Gbit/s

The Python AOC-HP2015 HDMI Cable is a 15 m active optical cable with HDMI Type A male connectors on both ends, designed to deliver high-bandwidth audio and video signals over extended distances. Supporting HDMI 2.0b features, 3D formats and an 18 Gbit/s data rate, the cable provides a reliable connection between source devices and displays while maintaining signal integrity. Gold-plated contacts ensure consistent contact quality, and ARC (Audio Return Channel) functionality allows audio to be sent from a compatible display back to an AV receiver or soundbar without a separate audio cable.

Advantages

The cable combines long-reach performance with the bandwidth required for 4K@60Hz HDR content and 3D signals, while the active optical design reduces signal degradation over 15 m distances. Gold-plated connectors improve resistance to corrosion and maintain stable electrical contact. The black outer jacket provides a discreet appearance suitable for residential and professional installations. Native support for ARC simplifies audio routing in multi-device setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting a Blu-ray player, game console or media player to a distant TV or projector
• Home theater installations requiring a single long HDMI run
• Conference rooms and presentation setups where sources and displays are separated
• AV racks and wall-mounted displays where a clean, long cable run is needed

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A male to HDMI Type A male
• Supported HDMI version: 2.0b
• Maximum data rate: 18 Gbit/s
• Supported features: 3D formats, Audio Return Channel (ARC)

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A male connector to the HDMI output of the source device and the other end to the HDMI input of the display or AV receiver. Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the appropriate input/output settings. For ARC functionality, enable ARC/eARC settings in the TV and receiver menus if required by the connected devices. Avoid tight bends near the connector ends and route the cable to minimize stress and avoid sharp edges.

Recommendations

For best results, use this cable for resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz with HDR-enabled sources and displays that support HDMI 2.0b. When installing in fixed runs or wall cavities, follow local building and safety codes and avoid placing the cable near high-power electrical lines to reduce potential interference. If using with ARC, verify compatible ARC settings on both devices to enable two-way audio transport.
