The ShiverPeaks BS77473-10 HDMI Cable is a 3-metre male-to-male HDMI Type A cable designed for reliable transmission of high-definition audio and video signals. With a bandwidth of up to 18 Gbit/s and gold-plated contacts, the cable supports high-resolution imagery, 3D content and standard HDMI features while maintaining stable connections between source devices and displays. The black jacket provides a discreet appearance suitable for home entertainment and professional setups.

Advantages

The cable delivers up to 18 Gbit/s data transfer, enabling compatibility with Full HD and many 4K formats that fall within this bandwidth. Gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and improve contact reliability for consistent signal quality. The 3 m length offers flexibility in device placement without the need for adapters, and the HDMI Type A male connectors on both ends ensure broad compatibility with TVs, monitors, projectors, gaming consoles and AV receivers. The black outer sheath is designed to blend with typical AV equipment and cabling runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting Blu-ray players, set-top boxes and media players to TVs and projectors
• Linking gaming consoles to displays for high-definition gameplay
• Connecting laptops or desktops to external monitors for presentations and multimedia
• Home AV systems and soundbars that use HDMI for audio/video passthrough

How to use

Ensure both the source device and the display are powered off before connecting. Insert one HDMI Type A plug into the HDMI output of the source device and the other plug into an HDMI input on the TV, monitor or projector. Power on the devices and select the appropriate HDMI input on the display. Check the device settings to confirm resolution and audio output are configured as required. For best results, avoid sharp bends and kinks in the cable and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources.

Recommendations

For stable performance, use the cable for connections within the 3-metre length and verify that connected devices support the desired resolution and refresh rate. If you experience issues, try reconnecting the plugs, testing with another HDMI input, or temporarily reducing resolution settings to isolate compatibility limitations.
