Cable SATA conector macho/conector macho DeLOCK 0,2 m amarillo

This SATA cable by Delock complies with the latest SATA standard and supports data transfer rates of up to 6 Gb/s. It has male connectors on both ends and a compact 0.2 m length, making it suitable for internal connections between SATA devices such as HDDs, controller cards or flash memory. The cable is yellow and includes metal clips on the connector for additional snap-in security. The SATA 6 Gb/s interface is backward compatible with earlier SATA versions, though transfer speed will be limited to the older device's maximum.

Advantages

The DeLOCK SATA cable provides a short, flexible connection for internal PC builds where space is limited. Its support for up to 6 Gb/s allows use with SATA III devices, and metal clips on the connectors help secure the connection. The downward-oriented connector design is suitable for installations where the hard drive or device requires the cable to exit downward.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal HDDs to motherboard or controller cards
• Linking SATA SSDs or flash storage inside a PC chassis
• Tidy cable routing in compact or small-form-factor builds
• Replacement of short or damaged internal SATA cables

How to use

Connect one SATA male end to the SATA port on the motherboard or controller card and the other end to the SATA device (HDD, SSD or optical drive). Ensure the connector is aligned correctly and push until the metal clip secures the connection. Route the 0.2 m cable so it does not interfere with cooling or moving parts inside the chassis.

Recommendations

Use this short 0.2 m cable for internal connections inside PC cases, especially in cramped spaces or small-form-factor systems. For transfer speeds below 6 Gb/s, the cable will operate at the device's maximum supported SATA generation. Avoid excessive bending near the connector and keep the cable clear of fans and sharp edges.
