Caja de conexiones ShiverPeaks BS75000 Gris

The ShiverPeaks BS75000 Grey outlet box is a Cat. 5e LSA-connection box designed for reliable, long-term use in residential and light commercial installations. Constructed for durability, the grey finish provides a neutral, unobtrusive appearance while the internal space accommodates standard networking termination modules and wiring. The product is suitable for structured cabling with Category 5e requirements and supports LSA-style punch-down connections for stable signal transmission.

Advantages

The outlet box offers a robust housing that protects terminations and cabling from physical strain and dust. Its design facilitates straightforward installation and maintenance, with enough internal room to organize cables and install Cat. 5e connection modules. The neutral grey colour integrates easily into a wide range of interiors and technical environments, and the LSA-compatible layout ensures compatibility with common punch-down tools and terminals.

Suitable for

• Category 5e network terminations and patch panel feed-outs
• Home and office structured cabling points
• Telephone and low-voltage data connections using LSA punch-down
• Renovation or new-build electrical and networking installations

Key specifications

• Intended standard: Category 5e cabling
• Connection type: LSA (punch-down) compatible
• Material: durable housing designed to protect terminations
• Finish: neutral grey
• Internal space: sufficient for standard termination modules and cable management
• Application: indoor wall-mounted outlet box for low-voltage/data wiring

How to use

Mount the outlet box in a suitable flush or surface location following local electrical regulations. Route the Cat. 5e cables into the box and dress them to provide working length for terminations. Use an LSA punch-down tool to terminate each conductor into the appropriate terminal according to the chosen wiring scheme (T568A/T568B). After termination, secure any modules or faceplates to the box and verify continuity and signal quality with a cable tester before finalising the installation.

Recommendations

For reliable network performance, use certified Cat. 5e cable and maintain correct pair untwisting lengths at termination points. Ensure that the box is installed in a dry, temperature-stable environment and avoid overfilling the interior with excess cable that could stress the terminations. Test each connection after installation to confirm correct wiring and signal integrity.
