Caja de superficie GIRA 5502910 para porteros automáticos, antracita, 213×25,4×106,5 mm

The GIRA 5502910 surface mount box is an accessory for GIRA intercom systems designed to be fitted to the building shell before internal installation of cables and modules. Made from a durable metal alloy and lacquered in anthracite (also available in traffic white RAL 9016), the housing provides a robust enclosure for intercom components and allows later addition of wiring and modules as construction progresses.

Advantages

The surface mount box enables early installation independent of construction progress, reducing coordination on site. Its metal alloy construction with lacquered finish in anthracite offers durability and protection against wear. The design is compatible with GIRA intercom modules and supports staged installation: the housing is mounted first and cables or modules are added when required.

How to use

Mount the surface mount box onto the building shell at the planned installation location using appropriate fixings for the substrate. Once the housing is secured, route cables into the enclosure and install compatible GIRA intercom modules when wiring and modules are ready. Ensure the lacquered finish is not damaged during installation and follow GIRA module mounting instructions for electrical connections.

Recommendations

Use appropriate corrosion-resistant fixings when installing on exterior surfaces and verify compatibility of the chosen GIRA modules before final assembly. Handle the lacquered surface carefully to maintain the finish.
