How to use

Install the enclosure on a suitable flat surface or mounting structure using appropriate fasteners for the installation substrate. Open the door on its 180° hinges to position mounting plates, DIN rails or component brackets inside the enclosure, then secure electrical and electronic devices according to applicable wiring standards. Route cables through prepared cable entries or conduit fittings and seal openings using suitable grommets or gland plates to maintain IP65 protection. Choose and install a compatible lock system to ensure the door remains closed and sealed during operation.

Recommendations

For long-term performance, clean stainless steel surfaces with non-abrasive cleaners and inspect door seals periodically for wear or damage. When installing outdoors, ensure cable glands and any additional penetrations are rated for IP65 and compatible with the enclosure material. Follow local electrical codes and industry best practices during mounting and component installation.
