Caja empotrable tipo F Kindermann 7449000041

The Kindermann 7449000041 Type F outlet box is a compact electrical enclosure made of stainless steel and designed for secure installation of recessed Type F sockets. With a weight of approximately 320 g and a robust construction, the box offers mechanical protection for wiring and connectors while resisting corrosion in typical indoor and sheltered outdoor environments. Its dimensions and mounting points are suitable for standard flush-mount installations where a metal enclosure is required for grounding and long-term durability.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides enhanced mechanical strength and corrosion resistance compared with plastic alternatives, ensuring a longer service life in installations exposed to humidity or mechanical stress. The compact design simplifies installation in standard wall cavities and allows stable fixing of Type F sockets and associated wiring. Grounding capability and a metal housing support safe electrical practices and reduce the risk of damage from external impacts.

How to use

Prepare the installation site by ensuring the wall cavity conforms to standard flush-mount dimensions for Type F outlets. Run the electrical cables into the box through the designated knockouts or entry points, secure the conductors to the socket according to local electrical regulations, and affix the socket to the outlet box using the appropriate screws. Ensure the metal housing is properly connected to the protective earth conductor where required, and verify secure mechanical fixing before closing with the cover or faceplate.

Recommendations

Follow applicable national and local electrical codes when installing the outlet box. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and, if unsure, consult a qualified electrician. When used in environments with direct exposure to weather, verify that the overall assembly (including faceplate and seals) provides adequate protection for the specific conditions.
