Carcasa de conector Harting HART M40 4 polos IP65, modelo 19300240528

Harting HART Tüllengehäuse M40 4‑pole IP65 connector housing model 19300240528 is a compact enclosure designed to provide sealed cable feed‑through and mechanical protection for four‑pole electrical connections. The housing accepts M40 cable entries and is specified to IP65, offering protection against dust and low‑pressure water jets. It is intended for use in machine panels, control cabinets and outdoor field installations where a reliable, weather‑resistant connector mounting is required.

Advantages

The housing delivers sealed protection for four‑pole connectors while maintaining a compact footprint that fits M40 cable glands. Constructed for industrial environments, it provides mechanical strain relief and safeguards contacts from environmental contamination. The IP65 rating ensures resistance to dust ingress and protection against water jets, reducing the risk of electrical faults caused by moisture or debris. Its form factor allows straightforward integration into panels and enclosures with a standardized cable entry size.

Suitable for

• Sealed cable feed‑throughs on machine panels
• Connector mounting in control cabinets
• Field installations exposed to dust and water spray
• Industrial equipment requiring four‑pole connections

Key specifications

• Number of poles: 4
• Ingress protection: IP65
• Cable entry size: M40
• Function: connector housing for sealed feed‑through and mechanical support
• Typical mounting: panel or enclosure cut‑out for cable gland installation

How to use

Install the housing into the appropriate panel cut‑out or mounting location and secure it according to the panel thickness and mounting instructions. Fit suitable M40 cable glands and route conductors into the housing, ensuring proper strain relief and seal compression to maintain the IP65 protection. Insert the corresponding four‑pole connector into the housing and fasten as required to provide reliable mechanical retention and electrical contact stability.

Recommendations

Use compatible M40 cable glands sized to the cable diameter, verify sealing surfaces are clean before assembly, and follow standard torque and mounting guidelines to preserve ingress protection. Inspect seals periodically in harsh environments and replace damaged glands or seals to maintain IP65 performance.
