Casco abierto POC Obex MIPS — carcasa rígida In-Mold, M/L (55–58 cm), carcasa exterior ABS, espuma EPS, blanco mate, 500 g

The POC Obex MIPS open-face helmet is designed for skiing and offers head protection with a hard-shell construction and matt white finish. Sized M/L for head circumferences 55–58 cm, the helmet combines an ABS outer shell with EPS impact foam and integrates the MIPS Brain Protection System for added rotational-impact protection. It includes adjustable ventilation, a goggle strap holder and a buckle closure, and is compatible with eyewear.

Advantages

The helmet features a durable acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) shell paired with expanded polystyrene (EPS) protection foam to absorb impacts. The integrated MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) reduces rotational forces in certain impacts. Adjustable ventilation allows airflow control, while the goggle strap holder and eyewear compatibility support convenient use with goggles or glasses. The matt finish and monochromatic white coloration provide a low-reflective, understated appearance.

How to use

Place the helmet on the head so it sits level and covers the forehead without tilting back. Fasten and adjust the buckle strap to a snug, comfortable fit; the helmet should not move significantly when you shake your head. Adjust the ventilation settings according to temperature and exertion level, and use the goggle strap holder to secure goggles. Verify compatibility with your eyewear before use.

Recommendations

Inspect the helmet before each use for visible damage, cracks, or compression of the foam. Replace the helmet after any significant impact or if signs of damage appear. Follow manufacturer care instructions for cleaning and storage, and ensure the selected size (M/L) matches a head circumference of 55–58 cm for proper protection.
