Compresor de aire AWTools AC90 90 L depósito, 3,0 CV

The AWTools AC90 piston air compressor combines a 90‑liter receiver with a 3.0 HP motor to provide a stable source of compressed air for workshop and maintenance tasks. The tank volume reduces motor cycling and helps maintain consistent pressure during intermittent use. The unit is designed as a stationary compressor for small garages, construction activities, paintwork and professional maintenance where medium capacity and reliable air delivery are required.

Advantages

The large 90‑liter tank provides extended air supply and smoother pressure delivery compared with smaller portable compressors. The 3.0 HP motor supplies sufficient power for a wide range of pneumatic tools while limiting frequent start/stop cycles. The piston design is straightforward to service and is suitable for continuous, intermittent and heavy-duty workshop use. The stationary configuration ensures stable placement and easier integration with fixed air lines and tool stations.

How to use

Position the compressor on a level, stable surface with adequate ventilation and connect to a suitable power supply according to local electrical requirements. Before first use, check oil level if the model is oil‑lubricated, tighten fittings and drain any condensation from the tank after each use. Set the regulator to the required working pressure for the connected pneumatic tool and confirm that hoses and couplings are rated for the operating pressure. Allow the compressor to reach operating pressure before starting tool use and monitor pressure gauges during operation.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, perform regular maintenance: drain moisture from the tank after each session, inspect and replace air filters as needed, change compressor oil at manufacturer‑recommended intervals if applicable, and periodically check belts and fittings. Use appropriate safety gear and pressure‑rated hoses and avoid running the compressor at maximum pressure continuously to extend motor life.
