Correa Axis 01472-001

The Axis 01472-001 strap is a replacement and accessory strap designed to provide a durable and comfortable attachment for compatible Axis network devices. Made from high-quality woven materials with reinforced stitching, the strap delivers a secure hold while remaining flexible and lightweight. Its adjustable length and robust fastenings make it suitable for repeated use in both indoor and outdoor environments, combining practical function with a discreet, professional appearance.

Advantages

The strap offers a balance of durability and comfort through its reinforced seams and abrasion-resistant fabric, reducing wear over time. An adjustable buckle allows users to set a personalized fit, and corrosion-resistant metal components ensure long-term reliability in varied conditions. The strap's design maintains a low profile while providing consistent tension to keep a device stable during movement.

Suitable for

• Securing compatible Axis network devices during installation or maintenance
• Temporary mounting of small network accessories where a non-permanent attachment is needed
• Use in environments requiring quick repositioning or frequent adjustments

Key specifications

• Material: woven synthetic fabric with reinforced stitching
• Adjustment: buckle mechanism for variable length
• Fastening: metal or reinforced attachment points resistant to corrosion
• Finish: low-reflective, professional appearance suitable for installations
• Intended use: indoor and outdoor accessory strap for network devices

How to use

Thread the strap through the designated attachment points on the device or mount, then feed the free end through the buckle and adjust to the required length. Ensure the strap is tightened sufficiently to prevent unwanted movement but not so tight as to stress the device housing. Check that attachment points and metal fittings are properly seated and secure before leaving the device in service. Periodically inspect the strap for signs of wear, fraying, or corrosion and replace if any damage is detected.

Recommendations

For long service life, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme sunlight and chemicals. When used outdoors, inspect metal fittings for corrosion and fabric for UV degradation. Use the adjustable buckle to achieve a snug fit without over-tensioning; if the strap is used to support weighty accessories, verify compatibility with the device manufacturer's mounting guidance.
